This is a 45 minute program designed to help athletes work on their game. It is for players of all skill ranges and allows them the freedom to pick exactly what they want to work on.
Group Training sessions are 45 minute sessions and specialize in fundamentals like shooting, dribbling, scoring, defense, basketball IQ, mindset development, and scrimmages. There are advanced and beginner only options so the athlete can thrive at their own level.
In the 45 minute shooting sessions you learn everything from the fundamentals of shooting to how to develop more advanced shooting techniques like step backs and floaters. You will engage in shooting drills as well as many shooting workouts to help you develop your ability to shoot the ball effectively and efficiently.
Off season program is designed to provide players an experience that follows Elite-level off-season training, focusing on all facets of the game for every level of athlete.
To ensure that the players receive the full benefit of the program, there will be a minimum requirement of two sessions per week.
